Karelia Lodge, is an exquisite property. This two, double bedroom lodge (zip and link beds to make two twin rooms), en-suite, open plan kitchen/living room property is ideal for those seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and indulge in much needed “me” time.
Coming to Karelia Lodge we can offer crafting retreats, whether you sew, knit or want to start, we can create a package just for you with personal tuition. The surrounding area lends itself to the great outdoors where you can wild swim, run, bike, fish or alternatively relax on the decking overlooking the point of the river Lyon and Tay with a drink and book in hand.
Living area
The Scandinavian looking kitchen comes with separate oven and microwave and integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining room table is situated in the open plan kitchen. There is underfloor heating throughout the lodge.
The Utility room is tiled and equipped with a sink, small bench, coat hooks and wardrobe to accommodate for the outdoor life. The lodge has a combination washing machine/tumble dryer.
The living room comes with a wall mounted fireplace adding to your comfort and relaxation in the lodge. The living room opens out through double doors onto a spectacular view of the valley. And for those darker nights the balcony can be lit up with our decking lights.

The bedrooms have super king size beds which are zip and link and can be made into twin rooms. There is a small dressing area and built in cupboards in each room with hairdryers and DAB digital radios. Both rooms have tiled en-suites with walk in showers. You will wake up to the stunning view of the point and the sound of the river. The lodge lends itself to relaxation and rejuvenation.
